Overall good experience. I am generally satisfied with my purchase. I could tell that they have pride in their customer care and honesty. My calls and texts were responded to even on Cary’s day off! Their online picture quality was poor, but Cary had patience with me and sent pics and info that I requested. I was somewhat of a high maintenance customer since I was buying from about 6 hours away. + Car was reasonably priced. + The car was in better condition than expected. Scratches were disclosed and quite minor. Interior was also much cleaner than expected. +They also applied an undercoating at no additional charge. +They offered a limited 4-month warranty at a reasonable cost under $300.
