Great experience! Omar is very responsive, I called on a Wednesday and he came out to my house Friday morning, did the repair quickly and it was perfect! Great prices as well, I definitely recommend him.

I made an appointment with Omar for Saturday morning between 10:00 and noon to replace a cracked windshield on a Grand Cherokee. He called me at 10:15 and said he would be at my house in 15 minutes. By 11:00 a.m. he was finished and pulling out of my driveway. As someone who used to change windshields I can attest that this guy knows what he's doing. Changing a windshield without damaging any trim parts or paint takes skill and he didn't leave a scratch. Super knowledgeable guy and very friendly. His van is also very well equipped to do any job right in your driveway. I'll be calling him again if I ever need any glass replaced. Oh yeah, he also had the lowest price of eight different places I called around joliet.

Found Omar online via google. Had my window shattered and Safelite had nothing available for days an I needed my window fixed asap! Called left a message he called me back rigby away. Gave him the info on my car, made an appointment for the next day ,and 45 minutes after his arrival. My window was fixed! Now all I have to do is get my window retinted. I highly recommend his services!

Do NOT do business with this man! Seemed great at first. He replaced a windshield and then later a side window for me. It was all good at first, he does it right in your driveway and prices were the best I could find. He put the side glass in at the beginning of October. Couple of weeks ago a crack developed that was clearly not from being damaged by an object. Called him and he said he would be at my house the next day. It’s been a week and a half and multiple ignored calls later radio silence. I’m now in the process of filing in small claims court. This man doesn’t want to be bothered after he has your money…very unprofessional!

Omar and Salvador did a great job on my windshield and saved me money and time, in the process. They were out the next day and Omar was a very fair, honest guy. After replacing multiple windshields, I would say they are clearly the best I've seen in terms of affordability, courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency. Look no further!
