Kenneth was fabulous. We had to have a classic car moved. He knew exactly what he was doing. He even helped move an old riding lawn mower we needed to get out of the way. Great communication and very friendly!!!

After my EV warning light came on suddenly alerting me that there was a problem with electrical system, I pulled over and called my car company’s roadside assistance program to request a tow. I waited over 4 hours on that so-called roadside assistance program as well as AAA, and no tow truck in sight. Finally after the roadside assistance agent suggested calling a third party towing service (now it’s 8pm) I googled and found On My Way Towing. Kenneth heard my woes and fear about being in a certain downtown Seattle neighborhood after dark and promised a tow truck within an hour. He showed in his truck by 9 pm and towed the car, which by now could not be started without a jump ( it would no longer hold a charge -despite having a full charge on the EV battery). He towed us to the dealer

EXCELLENT towing service! Ronnie and Shelby were awesome! I have used other tow services before, but they outrank other companies by a mile. Extra care towing my vehicles, very experienced and punctual! Ronnie is a very experienced tow truck driver. They are both #1! Call them first, you'll be very happy! I will use On My Way towing again and will also refer their services to my friends!

I got locked outside my car. He helped me out for FREE! I am so glad I had someone like them to help me out. I am tight on money and they didn’t even bother. Thank you

Your guys need to learn the rules of the road. Terrible drivers.
