On-Point Collision Repair

THIS IS A POORLY RAN BUISNESS !! Not sure how this place has a 4.9 rating but it sure fooled me , don’t make the mistake of bringing your car here just save yourself a headache To start, the lack of communication is absurd, my car has been in this shop for 45+ days and counting, they lied on the original estimate saying they would replace my door and if I wouldn’t of shown up to check on the car I would’ve never known they were re using my original door just repairing it with bondo. It doesn’t end there they claimed it was ready for pick up and when I showed the car was in poor condition, I had the car detailed a week prior to it being in the shop and they tried returning it full of dust from when they sanded the bondo, I can also tell and see where they didn’t sand and blend the bondo ju

04/01/25 The reason I chose OPC because it has an excellent feedback from their customers. Hence, I want to experience their great service myself. I went there today to get my car rear bumper fixed. So far, I have had a welcoming experience with the staff in front namely Sir Martin and Abraham. They're very accommodating and pleasing to talk to. And, they have a very cute, clean, young pitbull that's so friendly and playful. I will update my review once the service has been provided. Update 05/02/25 I went to the shop to pick up my car today. I'm grateful for the work they put into the restoration of my car's rear bumper like new. I was rear-ended, and my brand-new car suffered damage to the tailgate and bumper. Fortunately, the other driver had insurance. I chose On Point Collision based on their strong reviews and the quality of work showcased, and I’m so glad I did. They handled everything directly with the insurance company and went above and beyond to make sure all replacement parts were new—especially when GEICO was insisting on using used parts. Their transparency and communication were outstanding. Honestly do not regret choosing on point collision, I highly recommend them, they are as professional as it gets, they left my car looking brand new. the staff there is top of the line I spoke with Abraham, And Emmanuel, Abraham was as professional as it gets explaining detail by detail on what to expect and how the supplemental estimates work as I’ve never experienced a crash and had to file any sort of claim. The Job took a while but is highly understandable as they have a lot of work on there hands as they are highly regarded as one of the best if not the best in Yuma. They color matched the vehicle to a tea. After I picked up my vehicle they explained to me if any issues arise with the paint or parts to take it back to them. If I could give this place zero starts I would. On point collision has had my vehicle for over 30 days. They have lied about numerous things such as, advising they are replacing my door with a new door, expressing how they do not use bondo to repair cars as they use fiber glass. The receptionist Angi has a horrible attitude and knows nothing about her job. However upon my pop up, it has been advise by the repair men that they are in fact using my old door and using bondo on my car. The lack of communication with this company is horrible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
