I texted him on a Tuesday evening and he was out working on the car the next morning. He diagnosed the problem, got the part, and fixed it all by noon. Truly a life saver. I needed my alternator replaced, and little did we both know my battery as well, due to my car place being faulty. We only discussed him replacing my alternator, but in replacing the alternator the problem wasn’t fixed .. due to my car place being faulty so he decided to come out of pocket to replace my battery along with my alternator the same day. Which he didn’t have to, at all. He then went out of his way afterwards to explain absolutely everything, and let me know what he seen while working on the car, and further things to expect down the line. Very professional and wants the best option that works for you. It all around just went further than expectations.
