On The Hook Towing and Recovery

More than once When I put in for a Tow from my road side assistants though my insurance company. It has beenpicked up by this crappy company. We wait over 2 hours for a tow. Just for it to be canceled within 15 minutes before it is due to arrive. I called for an update today and was told I am on my way now. It was marked incomplete 10 minutes later. Was told by the insurance poeple that the person had been up my area before and can't make to the area. This is bull. Do not use this company it may have a low hook fee but you will be left waiting and more pissed off by the end of it. No body likes to wait for roadside help for over an hour just to start over when it is canceled. This company truly is horrible and I hope they loose their business.

I needed my car towed out of loose dirt/muddy terrain to my home. It was in the evening and the Owner was able to make it out to me in 30 minutes. He was very kind and helpful. Although I was less than 5 minutes from home, I feel the pricing was fair considering NC is unregulated with towing prices. I paid $150.

David was spot on and was willing to what it took! Great to work with and awsome customer service! Can't thank this man enough for getting to me and my location next as quick, efficient and safely!!

Stuck on the side of the road . David came quickly and was a life saver ! He went above and beyond and I am forever grateful !

They towed my vehicle from the courthouse and put a hook through my front bumper and then the tow person said to me oh he had pictures and this damage was already here and it was not. Also I had to wait for over an hour for someone to get my vehicle from behind the fence even though it was during business hours there was no one there. Then they could not give me my receipt. they caused my grandchildren to miss their dental appointment which cost me extra money and they just did not care
