I had my brand new truck ceramic coated by a local mobile company. Was not happy! My truck looked awful. Left a bunch of micro scratches from using a wool pad. Left polish on my truck and ceramic coated over it. A month had passed and I contacted Ziebart. They referred me to Mike. Mike looked over my truck, checked the paint thickness and explained everything he would have to do. I was very impressed with Mike’s knowledge on the subject. Anyway, I dropped my truck off and Mike kept me updated throughout the week, sent me pictures, had me stop out and see the progress being made. We had our SUV detailed recently; Mike did an AMAZING job for us again!! Our vehicle looks brand new with well over 100,000 miles. His attention to detail and resourcefulness in repairing blemishes and/or imperfections was outstanding. Mike went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle looked immaculate. And this is why you should support local businesses! Mike is a miracle worker at detailing. Took our 2020 Ford Expedition in to get the best of the best detailing so we could sell it. No joke, he did such an amazing job that we changed our minds and are keeping it. Looks newer than when it was new. Smells like a dream inside. Smooth as butter on the outside. He took the time to walk me through all the treatments and long-term benefits on the car. Worth every penny and honestly he probably saved us some since we're no longer going to proceed with buying a new car. Thank you Mike!!

Mike was amazing. We called him to help us with our “new to us” vehicle that we bought online which ended up having lots of surface scratches. He was able to get our car in the next day and communicated every step of the process. We were thrilled when we picked up the car the next day. I did not even recognize our car, it looked brand new. We have had Mike help us with 2 cars and our pontoon and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
