Paul did an AMAZING job getting my mustang back on the road! I don't feel any shimmy's or hear wheel bearing noise anymore. I've been let down in the past by many different shops, I decided to trust On The Spot and that trust has not been broken once! I recommend This shop to my friends and family! They are ripping just about everyone off. Every other review is all the evidence you need. And they are extremely shady. They will intentionally intimidate you. It’s weird vibes for sure.My dad towed his truck here as it was the closest shop. He just needed an alternator and they charged him $500 dollars. They tried to charge him $525 a day after the price was already discussed, his words “it won’t be more than $500) they never gave him a receipt or let him test drive it. They had people not working on cars coming in and out with blunts and whatever else. It seemed more like a hangout for a group of people who rip you off for a minor fix and then get paid the rest of the time to kick it with their homies and smoke. This CON-ARTIST of a mechanic shop is so ridiculous! I don’t understand the name they chose because they’re definitely NOT on the spot! They will keep your car for days on end & not once reach out to let you know the status. Then when I decided to call them& ask for an update the owner Paul the “manager” told me “I’m not going to go step by step with you about what’s going on with your car, you will have to let me work,” even though with holding information about a car from its owner is illegal. Paul has also cussed at my mother& never once given me a receipt although I asked a few different times. I highly recommend no one WASTE time with this place.

This is where you need to go!!! Paul will shoot it to you straight, whatever the issue could be and the work gets done right. Thank you for all y'all have done to get the car fixed (brakes, rotors, rack/pinion, control arms, ect). I will be a lifelong customer.
