I am mad there are only 5 stars. Tyler Austin came out and worked on my rig. He was fairly priced, extremely fast (got here within an hour) and very knowledgable. Very polite and respectful of my home and got me a resolution in under and hour on site. There is nothing I can say but Tyler is the man. I have dealt with a lot of RV people, in and out of Vegas. Not only is he the best in this town, he is the best I have ever called out to my rig. Hat is off to Tyler and On The Spot Mobile Mechanics. Call this man if you have ANY issues with your rig and don't want to be scammed by fake technicians that come out and charge you for diagnostics for 2 hours and never fixes your issue. This is not that guy. He is the exact opposite of those people in every single way.

Absolutely the most prompt, skilled and honest business I have ever dealt with for repairs. He was flexible and worked to get our AC repaired fast. He showed up within a few hours of our call before he went home for the night. This business is awesome!!!!!

Tyler and his helper were so good to us yesterday when we broke down on our way through Las Vegas. Our appointment wasn't until later in the afternoon, but they showed up early and had us back on the road in about 30 minutes. They were very professional and courteous. We would recommend them to anyone who needs help.

What a great mobile RV mechanic in Las Vegas! Tyler was the only person we called who was able to come to our campground the same day. Our slide wouldn’t come in and he diagnosed the problem and got us on our way. He was also very friendly and responsive to our texts. Highly recommend.

Today we called Tyler with a big mess. We blew a tire on our travel trailer on our way to Utah and it ripped the wiring out from underneath the trailer. No power whatsoever! Not only did he answer the phone at 5:30 pm, but he met us just as he said he would. He got the electrical reattached and everything working! Don’t hesitate and call him first with your trailer problems. Thank you, Tyler!
