On The Spot Truck Repair

I purchased a 2009 Freightliner Columbia from this company up in Columbus North Dakota. The price seemed a little high when I purchased it, but I bought it anyway two days later when I finally drove it I found out it had a bad power divider and now there is something wrong with the delete that was done before I purchased it. It’s gonna cost thousands and thousands of dollars, very disappointed. I guess there is companies out there that take advantage of people. If I could give negative stars at this point, I would be because I don’t even know if they will even try make it right If this truck was fully serviced, then why is an old air filter still in the truck. If you mean what you say about a happy customer then I would appreciate a phone call at the number you already have. Thank you

Beware!! They overcharge you high time. If you really want a service, ask everything upfront. They are not what they seem. I mean they put so much extra charges on the invoice. They’ll charge you for even their own mistake. Very disappointed. Not good customer service as well when i asked about the charges, the Guy Shane cut the call and never picked up again.

Top of the line. Fair prices on parts, fair on labor. Overall GREAT people, which are hard to find around here. Shane's wife also gave us (husband, wife, 2 kids) fruit pops. Great place. Great people. Call them for any and all of your needs.

That guys are very bad. Firstly they took the cards details and did not give the estimate. When the work has done then that guys send the invoice with overcharge.

Shane, Anna and Karen true professionals from start to finish...Wouldn't recommend anyone else to work on my truck!!!
