I am highly impressed with this man's professionalism. We needed roadside service for a belt replacement on our Freightliner Cascadia. At first, we thought the issue was a bad alternator pulley. He came fully prepared bringing an alternator, extra belts, and a tensioner to save us both money and time. He diagnosed the real problem as a loose tensioner and poor service from the previous shop. For a total of 2.3 hours of work, he only charged us for 2 hours, which is impressive compared to other shops. He even helped with a tire issue and didn’t charge a call-out fee. Outstanding service overall.
