I love my home! I will start by saying that. However, the exorbitant fee fees for third and fourth residence to live in a home that’s built as a three bedroom home is 100% ridiculous. Not only that it went up over 50% in the last year. They market the new homes as smart homes and give you Alexa devices that work for maybe a month and then stop working on top of that you’re only Internet service provider is bridgenet communications which sucks! It goes out constantly. It has been out now since last night. My smart home now cannot function telephones. Don’t work inside the house without the Wi-Fi because of the way the houses are built. All of the amenities that are not finished yet are constantly pushed out and not finished yet. They increased the fees even though none of the new services a

We love our new home in On Top Of The World. Our building experience was overall very positive. We did have a few glitches, but worked them out. Living here helps us to continue being active as we get older and gives us the security of being in a safe neighborhood. Our neighbors are great and there is always something to do.

Visited a family member here and we were really impressed. I've never been a fan of Florida, just too darn hot and humid, but my wife suggested we start looking here for a retirement home and I couldn't say no. So much to do here, the people are so nice, and they have wide variety of housing options.

This is a very relaxing 55+ community. Has golf cart paths to a few places. It also has active adult facilities like pools, golf gym, restraunts, live music and more.

Mercedes Hernandez was our agent and she was awesome answered every question and was very responsive to all phone calls I was working with her from out of state and she gave me updates constantly. She was amazing and took all the anxiety out of the process
