Seriously considering moving here after 2 careers I want to live with friendly like minded adults.

Large community, good prices on anything they sell within the community. Several pools and activity centers. The wood shop is fully furnished with tools and machines.

Beautiful place. Big, easy to get lost. Follow the signs! Lol. My little cousin had his wedding reception here.

Did the complete stay over sales tour. We liked most everything about the community with one exception. Considering that amount they spend on amenities and improving the community, the card rooms were sorely lacking. We are used to South Florida 55 plus communities where you have large, beautiful card rooms with nice tables and comfortable chairs. The card rooms were dreary and essentially bridge tables with chairs. Perhaps they don't get used much. Where we live they are packed 5 days a week. Also, with the exception of the Pub, which is small and does not serve breakfast, you will not find a community cafe or bistro for eating. The Pub could use a makeover as well. But, the homes are beautiful and well priced. Outdoor recreational facilities are great and everyone was very friendly.

Probably the worst sales experience ever. Stayed on property for 2 day tour which really is only a day and a half. They wouldn’t answer questions about wind mitigation on houses, tell you lots are included in home price and then surprise you with lots price of up-to $50,000, tell you building will start on one date and then find out it’s really 3 to 4 months later. Our sales rep never helped determine which lots would fit the house we wanted. They only care about getting your deposit without you even knowing how much the home will cost; minimum upgrades can cost at a minimum of $75,000. And as for golf, the assistant pro and other employees told us that getting a tee time is difficult unless you want to play after 3:00 pm, maybe.
