On Track Car Wash

Got a $10 wash. Great! Went to vaccum, no go. They were shut off early. I called to ask about it, and they did not offer to turn it on for me. The signs say "for paying customers." I paid, sooooo?...I cant use the vaccum? I think I deserve a FREE basic wash for a better review. When I called, they said the turned them off early due to the cold weather. There was no notice. If there was, I would not have came. I needed a vaccum bad. This is a first for me. I have NEVER had a problem here. Update: I GREATLY appreciate the fact that the owner, Jeff, personally contacted me to address the aforementioned issue. Went for a quick wash with my wife. It was a bit pricey for a single wash. But our mid sized suv was clean and didn't have any streaks, so I'm satisfied.

Really nice car wash good deal on packages. Staff is helpful and friendly. With the works package includes an tire shine roller when drying. Does a good job on the rims keeps off the brake dust. Dash and glass cleaner with towels as well as vacuums. Wash gets even the small spots larger/wider cars and trucks should fold in mirrors, bed of truck has to be empty.

I think this is the best car wash in Springfield. I have been using it exclusively for about two years. It’s clean, and they keep their equipment in good working condition. I never have to rewash or wipe off missed spots.

I have a membership here for two cars, and I have been very pleased with the results — until recently. I’ve been out on the interstate and have collected quite a few bugs on the front of my car, and the set-up at OnTrack does a very poor job of cleaning the very front of the car. I spoke with the manager and asked about a power wash wand like other places offer and he said they can’t do that if anyone else is in the tunnel. He acknowledged the tunnel does a poor job on the very front of the car. Not sure why they can’t get a standalone power washer like their competitors have, but I felt he gave no credence to my request. I’ll try them again, but this is potentially a deal breaker for me as I am paying for a clean car, not a clean car everywhere but the front. I mean there’s already someon
