Went to get a wheel alignment done, and once I left after receiving service, the alignment was worse than when I came in. They also told me they couldn’t adjust the alignment on the rear wheels even though it was an AWD with rear adjustment. Eventually took it somewhere else and they said the alignment was all out of spec and that there were adjustments for the rear wheels. Got it realigned and vehicle drives fine now. This place refuses to give refunds for improper work so I recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere cause this place clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing.

I went in for an alignment and a camber bolt. The tech ended up accidentally ripping my axle in half and messed up my transmission putting a new one in. 2 months later and they still won’t agree to fix it. I’ve brought it in twice and neither time did they even look at it. Now they want me to bring it in an 3rd time and they’ll actually look at it to get it diagnosed. These guys are shady.

Worst experience I have ever had at a repair shop. Went in to have a front end alignment and an oil change. Left needing over $600 in work needing to be done and my car uncontrollably dodges ghost dogs and I gotta regain control. On top of that they charged me for the alignment later to refund me.

Anthony and Xavier were super cool when I showed up! Got there just before closing on a Saturday, my tire would have deflated if I left, but they helped me out quick. Totally recommend, always pleased when I come!

Would give zero if possible. Today was third time going here to get inspection and person not there to do it. I called to verify this morning to ensure person was there, told yes, there all day. Arrive 30 minutes later and guess what- person left and will not be back in at least an hour or more. Will not return here for ANY reason.
