Great service. No wait time. Very reasonable prices. Good product selection. Clean shop. Knowledgeable techs.

Replaced the windshield but heard air coming into my car after the install. Customer service was okay. Showed up early, but they were late for opening up. Did not post they were going to be closed on the weekend. Another business told me they were going to take the weekend off.

On our way to Ruidoso we had air conditioning problems. The crew at One Stop Auto Shop took care of the problem, and had us back on the road in about an hour. Really excellent service. If I lived in Hereford, these guys would be my go-to mechanics.

Always Friendly and Quick when I go get my tires checked or when I have gotten the oil changed on my vehicle.

I will make it a point to make sure people are aware that they take advantage of young people. I told my my daughter to get her oil changed. For some reason she stopped here. Keep in mind she has 2016 Ford Focus. The employee at this facility told her she needed 2 new tires. ( she did not, at least 8/32nds tread). And she needed an engine flush. The car has 36,000 miles. And it has synthetic oil it’s entire life. Oil changed regularly. They charged her $53.00 for the flush and would not give her a receipt on top of the oil change. I am a mechanic as well. I would never take advantage of people’s ignorance. I have fought against this kind of activity for years. I feel sorry for you that you have to be dishonest to make a buck. Parents, and everyone be aware.
