What started as a small transmission issue turned into a full transmission replacement, and they handled everything professionally from start to finish. They communicated clearly, worked directly with my warranty company, coordinated inspections, and kept me informed through delays related to parts, additional repairs, and the holiday closure. They were honest, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. In the end, over $9,000 in repairs were covered by my warranty, and my out-of-pocket cost was $0. I’m very happy with my choice of having my car towed to One Stop Automotive to have my battery terminal replaced. The car battery terminal was replaced and completed the same day. The price was very reasonable and I had no way to pick up my car. I offered to pay for them to deliver my car or to give me a ride. They picked me up at my home and took me to where my car was. They wouldn’t take anything to take me to my car. I am so grateful to Adrian and everyone at One Stop Automotive for making sure that I now have a car that runs well! Wonderful kind people are hard to find but these people are great to do business with! My go-to shop for all repairs.

One Stope Automotive helped me out with my Truck issue that I had going on for months, they checked me in as soon as possible and although it was a tuning issue they did all that was possible from their end and also helped me find out that I had an exhaust manifold leak, they’ll be my go to shop going forward.
