One Stop Car Care Center

I’ve been going here for years and always got exceptional service! The owner Jerry and Randy, who sits at the desk and signs you in for service, are very honest people. They’ve never done unnecessary work on my vehicle. I took it in a few days ago for an oil change and a tune up, to include spark plugs, transmission service and a coolant flush, which was recommended to me by another front desk service person a year prior. Well, after looking at my vehicle, they said that I didn’t need anything other than the spark plugs. They could’ve easily made over $1,000 on that job, but they’re a honest shop with honest people. This isn’t the first time that they’ve done that and that’s why I’ve been going there for years. They are nice honest folks and you can trust them with your vehicle maintenance

This is one of the most honest shops I’ve ever dealt with- in fact, I recently took my vehicle in for brakes and thought I could get them done cheaper, somewhere else. I did. Only, now I’m back to have these guys fix what the other shop messed up (pinched brace line and severed brake sensor cable). Should have stayed here-cost me a lot more money in the long run. Lesson learned, you pay for what you get. Need a vehicle service- stop in, I know personally, these guys will take care of you!!

I recently moved to McDonough and my vehicle was over due on general maintenance. A member of my church heard my concern and referred me to "One Stop Car Care". On the service appointment date, I received a printed diagnostic to review before the actual work began. Jerry and staff were very professional and pricing was reasonable. One Stop Car Care will be my handling all my Toyota maintenance needs! Ladies....we can count on them!!

My daughter drove up here from Macon just to use One Stop Car Care Center after the mechanic in Macon was trying to scam her & didn’t fix the problem. He also pointed out a few other things that she already figured she would need to be fixed soon (rear brakes from when she got new tires) she has over 100,000 miles on her car. After changing brakes, he showed us her old brakes. She was happy with the quoted price, and it was what she paid!! They are AWESOME!! She said next time she needs something done, she WILL be driving up here to have them do the work!! We were VERY HAPPY!!

I flew in to take my vehicle to this shop for repair, with a desire to fly back home the same day. They provided excellent service and timely service. So much so, that I was able to take a flight 4 hours earlier than I had planned because they were able to repair my vehicle timely and accommodate my travel plans to and from home in another state. I huge THANK YOU to them for their excellent service!
