Colin is really amazing! I got quoted sky high prices for certain repairs at the dealership. And when I checked with Colin, he offered the same services at HALF the price. He scheduled me in, did an excellent job and had my car out the same day. He’s a true professional and my go-to person for all auto related matters now. 100% recommend One Stop Shop auto!!!
Colin was outstanding, my daughter's battery died on a late Friday evening. He was able to squeeze her in to get her battery replaced and back on the road in a few hours. Being an out of state college parent. I am so thankful for all they did. Much appreciated!!
Traveling late on a Friday afternoon and car completely lost power and stopped. While waiting 2 hours for AAA tow, called One Stop Shop in Pendalton, SC. Gave me the assurance that they can work on BMWs. Had the car towed, got a rental and continued our trip. One Stop Shop communicated with me the diagnosis, (high pressure fuel pump) expedited the ORM part so that the car could be completed as needed when we travelled back through SC. Worked on Saturday to make sure the car was finished in time. Great job. I would recommend and use this shop again.
Best place on earth to get taken care of Colin and his crew got my turbo taken care of on my 2006 6.0 f250 and it’s never ran better very fast and affordable highly recommend!
Just picked up my 204Z from the Pendleton One Stop Shop Auto. Did a job on brakes and A/C. I cautioned the owner on the hub caps as they were brand new and could not be replaced. When I picked up the car I found the hub cap on the right rear damaged. The owner denied responsibilty saying it came in that way. It turned out to be a he said, he said debate. The car is kept in the garage on a lift and has not been driven ' since the hub caps were purchesed; because the brakes were in need of repair. They kept the car for over a month and it looks like I will need to have it re-repaired. Would I go back - NO. Would I recommed them- NO. In my opinion the shop looks like it's maned by kids just out of auto shop, anything but profession
