One Time Auto Elec Auto Repair

I visited this shop after calling a few local mom and pop shops and recognizing they were all closed except this one! The reviews were positive online and I was happy to visit to do a tire patch. Kevin, the store owner and service tech immediately reviewed the necessary fix and provided a very reasonable cost. Within 15 mins, he had the car lifted to begin the repair, patched the area with nail damage and verified there was no leak to get me on my way. Kevin was professional, straightforward and honest and I found that it spoke to his work ethics and successful business.

Blew a cylinder up in Sierra madre and kept calling for someone to take my car to. It was a Sunday, when most of them closed. Lots of "we'll look into it on Monday" but this guy just took me in on the spot, found the problem and let me be on my way in 2 hours (mostly waiting for the cart part to be dropped off). Absolutely fantastic. He also showed me the receipt of how much the part was and told me the labor cost honestly. Also took the time to lecture me like an old school dad so extra points on being legit. This guy cares. As a woman on the go, it's rare to see good honesty in mechanics. Absolutely recommend this gem.

Kevin is super honest about diagnosing, very very reasonable and also honest in pricing and a very committed technician to figuring out how to fix the problem. Highly recommend. There are so many dishonest car mechanics out there, this is a person that can be trusted.

Called to get a quote for my car have the wireing fixed. The guy i spoke to seemed not to understand what I was saying. Then he said no fix no fix and hung up on me before I can even say anything else. Poor customer service. Will be looking for someone else to help me.

Kevin was extremely helpful and charged a much lower price than i had been quoted at other places. A problem i had been having for over two months was fixed within 15 minutes. Will definitely be coming back for all of my auto needs.
