One Twenty Two Collision

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this collision center. My vehicle was not properly repaired. The doors did not shut correctly, and several parts appear to be loosely or improperly attached. After being given an estimated completion date, I experienced delay after delay which was very frustrating because I had a rental and I had to keep calling the insurance company to extend it. When I finally got my vehicle back, the quality of the work was far below what I expected from a professional repair shop. It’s clear that attention to detail and quality control were not priorities here. It was so many obvious things wrong, that my vehicle should have never left the shop. Rusty and the crew did an outstanding job on my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My husband and I was involved in an accident while visiting Atlanta. We’re from Kentucky, we were in town to watch UK and St. John’s play. My jeep sustained damage and we were unable to drive it back home to Kentucky. One Twenty Two was on the approved list of repair shops from my insurance company. I chose OTTCC because they specialize in Jeep repairs. They went above and beyond to keep me informed of the progress they were making on my vehicle. They put me at ease . Being from out of town, I was unsure of who to trust. They did not disappoint! Their customer service was excellent! They went above and beyond to repair my Jeep in a timely manner! I can’t say enough good things about them! Highly recommend them!

I wholeheartedly recommend this location to everyone! Throughout the entire process, Conner was exceptional—educating me about my vehicle and attentively listening to my concerns from the very beginning. I was honestly torn between two collision shops, but after my conversations with Conner, I knew this was the right choice for me. I want to sincerely thank everyone at this location for their dedication and great care.

My Buick Enclave had been rear-ended, and although it didn't look very bad, the other car run up beneath mine and caused significant damage. I am disappointed that it took 2 full months to repair, when I received calls in early January that they had all of the parts. I have had the car back less than a week, so hopeful there will be no issues going forward. It is working and looking just like it did before the incident. There is a lifetime warranty, so that is a comfort. So, overall I'm pleased with the work, but would advise you to anticipate at least 2-3 months without your vehicle. I dropped my car off on December 11, and got it back February 19th. Had to pay a late fee for my tag.🫤

I had an excellent experience with One Twenty Two Collision. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and kept me informed with weekly updates on the progress of my truck. The office space was clean, organized, and had a very professional atmosphere that made me feel confident in their ability to do meticulous work.
