One Vision Auto

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at One Vision Auto with salesman Mauricio. After receiving a text from him stating that the price for a car I was interested in was 19k with a 2.5k down payment, my partner and I decided to make a 3 1/2 hour drive to see the vehicle. Before our visit, Mauricio even sent us a video of the car. However, upon arriving at the car lot, we were shocked to discover that the car had extensive damage on the driver's side, which Mauricio conveniently failed to film in the video. It was clear that the vehicle had been in a previous accident, as we noticed duct tape used to patch a part in the support pillar for the fender, which had been painted to somewhat match the original car paint. This blatant attempt to hide the damage was extremely unethical.

One Vision Auto is an excellent business. Excellent individuals and excellent support. Carlos assisted me in getting my very first car and a competitive insurance rate. Working with Jerry and his group was a pleasure. They only provide the best services. Carlos the mechanic is another. Great support, call on him whenever you need something. All I can say is that they make an effort to work within your budget to get you what you want. Carlos, Jerry, and Carlos. I'll come back to see you, and I'll send some folks your way.

I had an amazing experience with One Vision Auto. I recently moved to Florida from NJ and I was looking for a specific car, the Lexus is250 with a red interior. I am a first time buyer and I know almost nothing about cars, so I was very skeptical about buying from a used car dealer. I visited one vision the first time to look at a white Lexus with a beige interior. That’s when I met Jerry. He was so genuine and helpful. He is so knowledgeable about his inventory and he really cares about his customers. Jerry went out of his way to find me the car I wanted. I told him exactly what I wanted (red interior) and a week later, he contacted me and told me he found my perfect car. I had been searching for a full month before visiting Jerry and his team. Franceska was an awesome sales lady! Franci was an awesome finance lady! I purchased a beautiful Ram 1500 pickup truck. No pressure sales… When you visit them, you will be greeted with a warm smile. Buy your next car or truck here! I felt like I was dealing with good friends. Franceska, was warm, friendly, and personable. She helped me out very well. She helped me return my rental car, after I purchased my truck. I drove the rental back, to return it. She followed me, in my new truck. I drove her back to the dealer. That’s it. I love my Big Black Truck!

RUN……………… They get you in a car by any means necessary. If you know you know. If you’re desperate you think it’s a blessing but it’s NOT. They asked me to give them a good review and I did, but I did it way too soon. I did the review and the name is under All the foolery. It was done about 3years ago and I’m coming back to make a new review now that the honeymoon phase is over. I bought the car at the end of 2021 and by June 2024 I had to replace the transmission 2 times. I got the transmission replaced by them the first time and it only cost $750. When I knew the transmission was going again I called Jerry and he told me there was only a seven month warranty and it was 8 months. I told him Ik that he didn’t tell me such a short period of time, then I never heard anything from them again.
