One Way Motors

My husband and I were struggling to find the car we wanted, until we came to One Way Motors. They were nice enough to wait after hours for us to get there to test drive the Grand Highlander. We instantly fell in love with it. One call to Paul and everything was sent over within the hour. He definitely made it very smooth and efficient for us. Everyone there were so kind and helpful as well. One thing we loved about buying our car here is that my husband and I didn’t feel pressure, everyone was super easy to talk to and very reliable. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. Thank you everyone at One Way Motors! We finally got our forever car. Bonus points: Paul went above and beyond and got the car washed and filled it up with gas before he handed us the keys!

Cornilii was wonderful to work with! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and fun atmosphere to be in. He was very straightforward and knowledgeable with all of the processes including salvage tiles and the process of purchasing from them. They will take good care of their customers. They treated us like family and not just another customer.

I was so pleased with the support received on my Grand Cherokee that we came back and got my wife a new vehicle too! As part of our purchase deal Mike agreed to install a small lift kit, larger tires and fender flares. I had the items shipped to One Way and they installed before my wife picked up her new Maverick. Update: I can't say enough about everyone who works here! We came back to have a fix done on our car and Paul was able to schedule us in and have his mechanic David fix our issue. Not only did they fix the issue fast but they went above and beyond in their customer care. After David got done fixing our car, he noticed that our gas was low and had a 3hr drive back home, he went and put $30 worth of gas into our vehicle. That speaks a lot about the leadership and direction of this dealership. They put their customers first! I am going to direct everyone who ask where we bought our car from their way.
