I took our car there to get repaired after an accident. Four weeks later they said it was finally done. After 2 minutes of driving it I realized there were still two problems. I called immediately and brought it back the next day. Kevin couldn't see the two problems. I had to go back and start up the car and move it for 30 seconds to show him the problems. He rambled for 7 minutes about how hard it is to get parts and that I should take the car and he would call in 2 weeks when the parts came in. When I brought it back in SIX weeks later they fixed one problem and said the other was already there. Insurance agent said they would take them off their places to recommend. I would NEVER recommend them.

The team at O'Neil Collision Center is absolutely first class. From the moment they answer the phone to the minute they hand back your keys, truly a fantastic experience. The team there is friendly, knowledgeable, and they get the repairs completed on time, on budget, and correctly. I would highly recommend O'Neil Collision to anyone needing repair work done to their vehicles.

I've used O'Neil Collision a number of times now. Their work is impeccable. Yesterday I called on short notice to ask if they could take a look at some minor damage I had on my vehicle. They not only said to come on over but proceeded to touch up and buff out the damage right then and there in the parking lot. I won't go anywhere else auto body repair or paint work. Highly recommend these people.

Absolutely top-notch. Friendly, great service, great communication, expert body work. I (unfortunately!) have had to use their services a few times over the past few years, and every time they've been great. Definitely recommend!

Excellent experience! Had tiny scratch on door, they fixed it perfectly. The paint is atomic silver, a 5 stage paint, they matched the color perfectly! They matched the texture of paint, with the rest of the rest of body panels. It was like nothing happened! Turnaround time was quick. Staff was so helpful and friendly too! I would definitely recommend O’Neil’s Collision Center!
