Frederick was great at customer service. He diagnosed my transmission problem and the cost was very reasonable. I took the car to a couple of other mechanics and they were telling me I needed a new transmission. This place was a great blessing, they fixed the actual problem and they were done with the repairs ahead of schedule!
Took my husbands truck for a new transmission. Had us in and out within an awesome time frame. Transmission is fantastic shifts smooth. Very satisfied. Such an awesome guy honest and reliable! We definitely recommend.
Got my transmission replaced here a couple months ago. I highly recommend them. They are honest and price is fair. Frederick let me get a rebuilt transmission shipped to the shop. And he installed for me. So far so good! I would definitely come back to get more work done by him and his crew.
Awesome service! You won't be dissatisfied. Fredrick and his team are the best. They did the 100,000 mile service on the drive train of my 2019 Tacoma. They gave me a ride back to my travel trailer, 25 miles away. And came and picked me up the next day. Who does that? Other shops could learn a lot from the customer service provided by "One Way Transmissions". Kudos to Frederick and his team.

Best price by miles, literally thousands cheaper than anyone else, free diagnostic and they had it done in just a couple weeks. The car shifts quick, precise, and without hesitation now! I asked about break-in since my son drives it like he’s auditioning for Fast & Furious: Cache county edition. The guy just smiled and said, “Just drive it normal.” 👀 I said, “My normal, or his normal?” 😱.. Without missing a beat he goes, “Don’t worry, I’d love to rebuild it again if he breaks it.” 😂 That’s confidence if I’ve ever seen it. Transmission feels brand new.
