10/10 experience from me. From the moment I pulled up without any appointment - Gus and his staff treated me with nothing but honesty and respect. At no point of the process did I feel anything but genuine kindness and care for my vehicle. Everything was professional and Gus made sure everything through insurance went smoothly. Most importantly - he was always transparent about costs, parts, etc. Great communication and even greater work. Highly recommend!

Owner came out yelling at my friend for using the entrance of the lot to safely make a quick U-turn instead of trying to do it on the busy street. Apparently he’d rather people attempt a dangerous turn in traffic than briefly use the driveway. Kind of wild behavior from someone who literally owns a collision repair shop. If anything, you’d think he’d prefer people avoid causing accidents, but I guess that might be bad for business.
