I recently had my car serviced with Ontario Auto Ranch from their mobile service. It was great! It was easy to schedule, communication throughout the process was thorough, and it was scheduled for the same week. I didn’t have to schedule time out of my day to sit in a waiting room because they came straight to my workplace. The technician was punctual, friendly, and did a great job. Not only was that all great, but it didn’t cost any more than a regular service in their shop. I appreciate this option so much!

We brought our 2021 F-350 to this Ford service center with a strict time limit, as we were preparing to leave town. A check engine light had appeared, and the Ford app indicated the issue was related to the PCM—something that is listed as a recall on our vehicle. We clearly communicated this when scheduling the appointment. Unfortunately, our concerns were ignored.
