We rented a Ferarri. It is an amazing car, and you will not be disappointed. With that said, the process and hidden costs is why this has the 2-star rating. When renting, there is no indication of where the car is located. This turns out to be a big deal if you are limited on miles and time. After booking I reached out several times to find out where the pickup location would be. The responses were sparse and not helpful. It turns out that they use a bot to reply to most of their inquiries. Yikes. It is a little unnerving to not know any pickup details until the important rental day. The location happened to be much further away from the event than anticipated. This caused us to use "excess miles" which they tend to gouge you on ($280). When everything was said and done, this $
