Sorry for the late review. This shop is amazing and got my truck up and running within a day. Dealership wanted an arm and leg for something so simple also while keeping my jeep hostage for a month, Open Air Jeep literally took a day to service and my truck was ready before the holidays. Very friendly and great service for the price. Thank you will be returning for any other issues.

My experience with Open Air Jeeps in Virginia Beach was incredibly disappointing. The manager, Tim, was shockingly rude throughout the entire process. His communication was unprofessional, confrontational, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. Instead of helping resolve issues, he spoke to me in a way no customer should ever be addressed. If something goes wrong with your vehicle, be prepared to pay out of pocket just to have it towed back to them — even when the issue is related to their work. And once you get it there, the treatment only gets worse. The way Tim spoke to me during the repair process was unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected and verbally mistreated. A friend referred me, and when I say Open air jeeps, THEEEEEE best around. They’re super quick and down to earth. My soft top was off in 20 minutes. My hardtop was back on in five minutes. He’s very knowledgeable about Jeeps, if it’s something he doesn’t know, he’ll get back with you on it. You won’t be disappointed. They just started a new service, that provides storage for your soft and hard top, which is prefect for those that don’t have a garage to store them. Thank you for providing excellent service.
