Opequon Motors

My elderly father, a 2 war veteran, was spoken to dismissively right in front of me. He was overcharged for a simple radiator problem and wasn't even honored with a military discount. When asked about it we were told, very abrasively that they don't do military discounts. Just a public service message.

Very judgmental, wouldn’t even let me ride in a test drive on a car I was interested in and I am very picky about cars it’s a huge purchase and something to be cautious about. It was a 56k dollar car , but i’ve driven more expensive cars dressed worse than today. Also very judgmental not knowing I have a 750 credit score at 22 , maybe it’s cause of my skin color ? Withdrawn , just assuming stuff like y’all assumed I couldn’t afford a 2017 😂 Treated very poorly and very bad business. When told they don’t do test drives on either of the corvette’s I responded with “Well how are you going to sell them?” and I was answered with …. nothing , crickets. Edit* here’s the 56k corvette y’all selling from an auction same vin , you said it was a clean title ? minor accident 😂😂😂 looks salvage . IT WONT

Erika, the Online Sales Manager & Maintenance Supervisor was Fabulous. She was patient and understanding with my corporate financing, held my car for two weeks and rolled-out a great delivery/instruction. Great Service...in and out...I felt like I was the only customer in the store.

9/11/25 Another great service experience with opequon motors. What I had done was obviously not a major repair.But it's the way that the service department treated me while I had it done. I had gotten a flat tire while I was at work on Thursday. I managed to get air back into the tire and I called Opequon to see if they could patch my tire or do whatever was necessary to fix it. I didn't get the well....We're busy or no, we don't have time for it right now. They said, bring it on in, we will take care of it. So I drove it there, and they patched the tire within minutes and said do to where the screw was found in the tire. It would have to be replaced. So they found tires for me at a discount from what the originals were which I appreciated and told me to come back the next day and they wo

Shout out to the service department for getting me in quick on a Friday. Everyone I talked to was more than pleasant and calm and trying to give me the best service that they could. Erica did a fantastic job on getting me straightened out and kept me up to date on what was happening. Most of the bad reviews on here are just people that have zero patience or expect things to be free! (Which is definitely not the case when using a GM certified dealer) Great business! Thank you guys again!
