I've had several shops look at my car to find the annoying rattling noises I can hear but they'd always say nothing was wrong. The gentleman here at Optimist Auto checked the little overlooked things and was able to quiet a lot of the noises. Also, the mechanic is very knowledgeable. He knew a lot about my car even though it's not the most common car out there. I really liked that my car was able to be looked at without an appointment. The desk person is friendly and the whole place looks very clean. They use modern equipment, including computers and payment systems. I feel the place was reasonable in cost. I will be coming here from now on.

I have been going to Jason for years and I would not trust no other auto shop place with my vehicle. He does it on a job and his spare on his prices in fair on warranties and very detailed him and Tyler both.
