After a quick text exchange, we decided to make the hour-and-a-half drive to check out two 2019 Dodge Chargers they had on the lot. Even though the dealership specializes in salvage or branded titles, I was able to verify that the specific one I wanted had a clean title by running a vehicle history report with the VIN they provided. Since it was a former squad car, it was great that they also had all the maintenance records available. When we arrived late that evening, they already had the car running and warm for us, but they were honest upfront that the battery wasn't holding a charge.
