OPUS Camper

Opus13 owner here, purchased new in July of '25 and within two hours got so far up an unknown mountain road that I had to reverse out for about a mile. We have spent well over 50 days camping in it now, in both hot and freezing weather, and it has towed flawlessly for some 3500 miles. No regrets, despite some warranty issues and a steep learning curve regarding the electronics. The warranty work has been handled professionally and cleanly, if not quickly--but the speed was not a priority for us. Opus customer service has been great, (responsive, helpful, cheerful, effective) and i'd recommend this camper just for that alone, though the design and functionality is what makes it so great while you are enjoying it. We own a 2023 Opus OP4 camper trailer and had a problem with the carbon monoxide detector. It was diagnosed via email with the Opus Quality Control Lead and determined we needed a replacement unit. Literally within an hour I was in touch with the Opus Warranty and Customer Service Specialist ~ and they shipped the new unit the same afternoon!
