After taking my Sprinter 170 to two other shops for estimates, the professionalism, speed, and personal service from Brian and Kate at Orange Coast Auto Body/RV was a game-changer! The estimate was accurate and a fair price with no added charges for hidden damages. My Sprinter was completed before the promised date, and the work was excellent. You cannot tell that the side of the van was damaged. Thanks for a fantastic job, completed early, and right on quote! I will return for future body shop needs!

Orange Coast Auto Body (OCAB) transformed a tough day following collision damage to an extremely satisfying experience in attending to my vehicle, coordinating with the insurance company and performing attentive and timely yet economically well controlled repairs. They even went beyond the call of duty and provided me with a loaner vehicle once my rental insurance allowance was exhausted. Throughout the process, they kept me informed of the progress. They were most courteous and kind in their approach and always demonstrated that they cared about my vehicle as if it was their own. Thanks Kate and Brian

Mr. Bryan has been a pleasure to work with he actually answers the phone he explains everything to the tea and will go above and beyond to get you a sold answer I honestly have no bad things to say about this company I approve and highly recommend!!!!! Like this is an update I wish I could express how amazing this company is I talked with Mr Luis and he is also an amazing worker very informative and overall a 5/5 I have only good things to say about this company and there staff keep up the great work and either lunch on me or breakfast on me there an amazing company and crew.

I have taken two of my vehicles to Orange Coast Auto Body/RV and have been very pleased with the service on both occasions. My first was a pre-lease termination clean-up; I dropped off the vehicle, got a quote which was very competitive, and was given a ride to my office within 15 min. Chris was responsive to calls, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I picked up the vehicle two days later and it looked good as new. I was not charged for any wear and tear after the pre-lease termination inspection. My other vehicle had deep chips to the paint in the bumper--again, they provided me with a very competitive quote and explained the repair process to me in simple terms. This shop puts the customer first; they are attentive, responsive, and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Avoid this place at all costs, they overcharge on everything. I got into a car accident on January 28th and was referred to this body shop by the towing company that transported my car. When OCAB gave me the initial estimate, it was upwards of $11,500. So instead, I decided to get estimates from different body shops in the area that gave me a much cheaper price. Even though they didn’t do any work on the car, they still charged me $600 for the towing and $200 in holding costs. When I called AAA to get the towing cost reimbursed, they told me that we should have only been charged $400 for the towing. On top of all of that, the staff treated me with disrespect throughout the entire process. Avoid this place, they will scam you and not think twice about it.
