I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer with a business account and use your services regularly—at least twice a month for windshield replacements. In the past, chip repairs have always cost around $60, which is consistent with the market. This time, for a chip smaller than a dime, I was charged $120 simply because the vehicle was expensive. That makes no sense. A chip repair is the same job regardless of the car’s value—I’ve had this exact repair done on the same model before for half the price. This experience broke my trust. Unfortunately, you’ve lost my business, and I won’t be returning.

Let me just say you will NOT find a better price or better service in Orange County! And believe me when I say I got a ton of quotes all over!!! They beat everyone’s prices by FAR! I was able to book an appointment for a windshield replacement within two days of my first call. They were quick, efficient, friendly upon arrival and did a great job! I highly recommend them! 10/10!

Wow! I am very impressed by the fast, friendly service and great price! Found my rear windshield smashed, what a mess! OC Auto Glass came out super fast, cleaned everything and got the new window in so efficiently and quickly. Highly recommend!
