Orange County KTM Husqvarna Aprilia

Needed the first service on my new 2026 KTM 990 RC R. The work was done well and quickly. I was able to wait for it and they were done in about 90 minutes. Ethan was great keeping me up to date and Chris really took care of my bike. They even helped me to unload and load my bike from my pickup. Thanks OC KTM!!!

They have the best customer service. I need a part and a paddle for a quick trip. Thinking I could get the part in a couple weeks I called around and it was not available for like 4 weeks or more. I was in a jam when Ethan here called me back and said he I can give you the part of the new bike and order it in here for that bike and you can have the part off the showroom bike so that I could go on my trip. Also hooked it up with a paddle and changing it in such a turn around time. Best customer service I have ever had. I will be back here to buy all my bikes and parts. Recommend this place to everyone that wants a shop that will go above and beyond to get you out on the dirt or road. Thanks again Ethan and the rest of the team!!

Great Shop, the whole team are very knowledgeable of KTM bikes (new/old models). Horace and his team were great to get my bike in and out of the shop before thanksgiving weekend! I recommend the this store over any of the south country KTM shops.
