. The mechanic, Nick, did good work on my truck and completed everything at the original quoted price. I paid the bill in full and even tipped him for the solid job. However, when I went to settle up, the owners (Joel Ortiz and possibly his brother) accused me of being a thief — this was after I had already paid everything owed. The confrontation was completely unprovoked and continued even after they confirmed full payment. Their behavior was aggressive, erratic, and highly unprofessional. It seemed obvious they were under the influence of something. I’ve never been treated this poorly at an auto shop. Nick’s work was fine, but I will never return because of how the owners handled a satisfied, paying customer. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
