Found the bike I wanted, and they even price matched the local competitors. The salesman, Derek Fruge was very professional and earned my business. While finalizing everything, my bike went to the back for its battery installation and fluid check. An hour later, I’m riding. I notice the battery cover is loose and vibrating, no biggie, I’ll tighten it. No go. The screw has zero threads left, and my frame has noticeably damaged threads. 2 hours after buying it, I bring it back for them to fix it. I explicitly emphasize that it’s going to need a helicoil. They clean my frames threading and stick a new 6mm screw in it. I get home happier, until I check their work. Half my threads are damaged and dull, and the other half are wiped out. I am very pleased with my purchase. The sales person communicated very well and handled everything quickly and efficiently. I spent maybe 5 minutes in the building, I got there and all the paperwork was ready to sign. I spent maybe a total of 10 minutes and had the side by side loaded and on my way. Would definitely buy from them again.

Bought a used Indian from Nick! He was super helpful and patient. My bank took a little long and he didn't even get phased by it. They all were very friendly!
