Orca Splash Car Wash

I had a great experience at Orca Car Wash! I got the hand wash and full detail, and they did an excellent job. The team provided great customer service from start to finish — everyone was friendly, professional, and paid close attention to every detail. My car came out looking spotless inside and out. The exterior shine was beautiful and the interior looked almost brand new. The whole process was smooth, the facility was clean and organized, and you can tell they take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a high-quality hand wash and detail with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Orca Car Wash!

Orca Car Wash is now open and it's a great addition to the Richmond area! The ceramic wash did really well, possibly the best I've seen on glass and tires. The owner and staff were very service oriented and friendly and there are even a few more amenities, like the dog wash, still to come!

This is my 3rd month in a row I tried to cancel and I’m still being charged. Additionally I was told we’d only be charged half in November since the car wash was down an extended period of time but I was charged for the whole month. Do not sign up for a membership here or you’ll be stuck paying for something months after you cancelled.

Went there today and got the basic car wash and it cleaned my car so well. The Owner was so kind and made sure I had everything I needed to clean the inside and outside of my car. The vacuums work really well also!!
