I normally try to support local since I grew up in Pike County even though I now live in Columbia. On September 4th, I called MULTIPLE times and placed an order for 4 brakes and 4 rotors. I spoke with Monty, explained that I would be traveling, and he confirmed that my order would be ready when I came in. Fast forward to today: I drove all the way from Columbia with my 1-year-old (who screamed the entire trip), only to find out that not only was I not in the system, but they also didn’t even have my parts. This was a huge waste of my time, money, and energy. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If you value your customers’ time, please do better

Helpful I ordered the wrong radiator online and they exchanged it for me and just charged me the difference for the right one no hassle

Thankful for the generosity of the night shift. They assisted me in the rain with my car on a little trip. They also translated it perfectly to my dad over the phone. Offered different solutions for help. Would recommend to friends and family

Great staff, parts were on time, as promised

These folks are awesome!. I'm new in Bowling Green and just bought a new to me car and wouldn't ya know the check engine light comes on. Dealer doesn't respond to my calls, msgs or txts so I head to O'Reilly's for a scan. After finding the issue had something to do with the turbocharger wastegate solenoid, I had no ideas how to fix it. Gentleman who scanned the code for me gave me two names. 1st was a Mobile mechanic, who promised to make the repair when he returned after a week and the other was a local repair shop. I went to the shop, had my car fixed in under an hour and am happy aa can be. Thanks O'Reilly's your employees are tops in my book.
