It took to long and it was difficult to understand the reasoning behind some of the decisions being expressed. When the communication became more understandable and things were finally worked out it was easy and more pleasant although it still took a few minutes. Understand that i wasnt on the best of moods also so the experience wasn't the people working, it was the way i was taking it. So don't let my one bad time stop anyone from checking it out.

Great automotive repair parts store. Helpful staff. The associates at this store located two batteries ( reasonably priced ) for my two vehicles. Great auto parts store👍

My husband has had to come here a few times and he’s never had a bad experience. The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful! He experienced an issue with a part and one employee helped him fix it right in the store. He’s very grateful and we’ll continue taking our business here in the future.

I came from Chicago headed to Dallas got stranded and they went above and beyond to get me goin. I highly recommend anyone to come to you guys for your car needs and for each employee to get a raise. Their service was GREAT!!

It’s always great to interact with the folks at the local O’Reilly store in Ada, Ok. They are always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist if needed. I stopped in for my annual grab of air filters, wiper blades, and washer fluid and they were as helpful and friendly as ever!
