We came here on Monday, 9/29/25, and I took several pics. The name on the receipt was for nathan, he was super helpful! The store was very clean, very organized. He was able to help us right away because we knew what we wanted. Was very kind in his response when I asked if this was the correct item to purchase. He was great with my dad who couldn't hear very well. Overall just a very good experience!

Staff here are helpful and usually know what you’re looking for. Whether it’s vehicle parts, small engine components, or tools, they tend to have a good selection on hand. It’s one of those places where you can walk in with a problem and walk out with a solution — assuming they’ve got it in stock, which they often do. Ask ahead with a call to check as well.

We walked in and described a battery issue with our jeep that we were looking to fix. The first man that addressed us immediately tried to sell us a $130 wrench set, after we already said we were on a road trip with limited room. In which case he recommended a smaller $80 set. We find out later they also sell 1 piece wrenches that can accommodate multiple sizes for $10 and would have been the appropriate suggestion to make. My husband went out of the store to eyeball about what size wrench we needed. I stayed in the store to see if there was a single wrench option. That was when dear sweet Dylan approached and asked if I needed anything. I told him about the battery issue and asked if he would be willing to take a look so we don't make the wrong purchase. He took a look and prescribed a

James White has excellent customer service. I brought a battery to exchange. James met me outside and offered to carry the battery for me and brought the new battery yo my car. I bought the wrong battery and he did the exact same on arrival with a smile and friendly attitude. It is refreshing to have young courteous people working for OReilly.

Always very helpful. Usually has everything I need, if not they order it and it gets they're in a decent amount of time.
