I went into this store Christmas Eve for a battery and the staff was so helpful and perky even on the holiday. I’d give them 10 stars for the customer service if I could.

The associate helped me install the most of my wiper blades. She was friendly while maintaining professionalism.

This is the most professional group of people I have ever encountered at O’Reilly Auto Parts. They always go out of their way to help you and have never made me feel like I didn’t know what I was asking about.

When to take them back didn't have my receipt and one older black German that work in there didn't put my phone number in. Say they can roll back the camera and see the day that I purchased them. To get my money back. The two employees inside then do nothing but short their shoulder and were very rude
