I only ever buy stuff here if I'm in the middle of a repair and can't wait. Prices are so much higher than ordering online I'll gladly wait a day or 2 for shipping to save 25-50 percent. Some employees are willing to help and others are not. Always double check anything they give you to make sure it's the right part or tool.

Bought a $16.98 tool. The guy did not ask me for my phone number and did not give me a receipt. Tool was wrong size. Never even took it out of the package . And they refuse to refund it. As much money as I spend there you would think they would make it right. Have to shop somewhere else.

If you buy a product here and what to take it back the company will give you only a gift card! That's it! No cash! Supervisors says! Remember this before buying here. I lost 250 dollars by buying a part for a day a didn't need it....didn't use it. I paid in cash.,.no cash back ....only store credit. Remember this!

I had an issue that the staff would've been well in their rights to turn me away/send me to a mechanic, but they went above and beyond to help and get my issue resolved.
