I meant to make this review a week ago! But i had a great experience here! The employee was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond i forget if her name was “Anabelle or Arabelle” but i heard the other employee refer to her as “Belle” she literally deserves a raise i hope the boss sees this. I went in and she ended up finding out i needed a new battery she even installed the battery for me in my car in the freezing cold and helped another woman with her battery and installed it for her as well! I was truly so thankful and greatful for all her help she truly is such a great person. Best customer service experience ive had.

Mason went above and beyond at this store to help me at this store when I came in for the engine light check on my F250. I had an issue shutting my hood in the cold and he made sure I was good (even getting a tool to help) before leaving. I appreciate the extra mile! Especially since I had my kids with me. Glad to shop at a store with employees like this!

Don’t come here if you want the right part. They hire anyone off the street and they don’t know anything about cars. This location and the employees here will only cost you more money and time between going to get the right part and time you could be actually using to work on your vehicle. I’m done. The guy that sold me the wrong part couldn’t even look me in the eye he had to go hide.

I went in for some fluids and Jay was beyond helpful! He made sure I was getting the right items and even verified how many liters I would need along with providing me the torque specs..Thanks Jay!!

Need more help, your competition put my wipers on cause you couldn't with one man working. I'll look elsewhere next time!! Already did for that matter, got new rear blade at competition that put on front blade from you!! It seems according to reviews you only seem to say "SORRY" when you should take some action, it may actually help! You're missing the boat and likely losing many customers.
