I really appreciate RJ and Chris Z helping me out this evening. I stopped in to get my battery checked, had no warning prior to today that there was even an issue, it started but something just wasn’t right. RJ tested it and the battery was shot. They agreed to change it out for me even though they were about to close. Both were very nice and professional and they had it changed in a short amount of time. Thanks guys!

I want to thank the lovely gentleman by the name of bill at this location. I came in one day for a battery for my car. He carried the very heavy battery to my car for me. The next day I came in to return the old battery and as he saw me approaching the doors, he took it upon himself to leave the counter and come and open the doors for me, then grab the battery from my hands and carried it the rest of the way into the store. He was so helpful in helping me find battery terminals for my car even showed me how to use them and offered some guidance if I needed to call and ask for step-by-step instructions installing my battery terminal. He is so knowledgeable and polite, and I can tell he takes pride in his work and helping people. I’m a young woman and he was so thoughtful in the process. he

Normally this is my favorite part store to go to, better pricing than everywhere else usually. The manager Chris is 2nd to none and can always get me what I need. But here lately, there has been less than knowledgeable people working there and can't ever find me the part I need in a quick manner. I can go in and give them the part number I need and still end up not getting the part because they can't find it. Tonight I went in to pick up a power steering pump that I ordered and paid for yesterday, after about 10 minutes of them confused and not able to find it, they come out with the wrong power steering pump. So I asked for my money back and asked for cash rather than having to wait days for my money to go back to my card. The guy then went ahead and refunded it back to my card and said i

Helpful people work here in a very nice place. Thanks, Bill, who helped me check my tires out today. Us single , widowed, or divorced women need somewhere to go if they don't know what wrong with there car's or tires while traveling .
