Have gone here for windshield wiper blades as well as bolts for license plate. On both occasions (and with different vehicles), the staff were really helpful, kind, and went to the parking lot to help me! They also taught me how to do the task I asked for help with.

I went in the store to purchase oil and an oil filter. The associate gave me an oil filter in a box that was damaged. I've worked in customer service and I would never want to sell someone something I wouldn't want for myself. He told me it should be fine, but that's not the point. Merchandise that's in a physically damaged box shouldn't be sold to anyone.

Went into store for a break booster hose and the lady sold me the hose for the overfill reservoir I do believe, and told me it would work. After replacing said hose my truck was running horrible, I ended up buying a new gas tank hoses coil packs spark plugs and wires only to find out the whole problem the ENTIRE time was the hose the lady sold me. It keeps collapsing therefore it won't allow my truck to idle. I feel I wasted about 500 on unnecessary parts because of her lack of knowledge. $10 cost me 500..
