Shout out to the guy who worked last Monday and changed my tag lights for free ! It took him 20 mins and he was so kind and so sweet and it definitely made my day . He saved me 110$ . (That's what another shop was gonna charge me and O'Riley's did it for free since I got the bulbs there. )Hope that young man gets blessed in some way . He definitely made my day and saved me time and money !

We t in to Orielly to have my battery checked ( it was dead from sittung for 2 months) and and the young man was so helpful and professional. He told me to let the car run while I did my errands and when I came back he checked whether his meter and everything was OK. He also installed new wipers blades for me.

Made me call corporate to make a return with a receipt and item in original packaging, then denied the call from corporate telling them to do the return stating “we don’t take calls from corporate after 5pm”. The district manager had to call and they still didn’t want to give me my money back. I ultimately got my return, but they did everything in their power to not give it to me and show I was a great inconvenience to them.
