O'Reilly Auto Parts

I called ahead before driving to the location for a spark plug. They gave me a price and said yes cone down they are in stock. I arrived and they spent 10 minutes trying to find the item supposedly in stock. They returned to the counter saying they didnt have them. So i drove here for no part and wasted gas. There are other stores before this one closer to my house but i LIKED O'Reilly. Not coning back here agin. They didnt offer anything for inconvenience.

I came into O'Reillys a hour before they were gonna close because of a bad battery and justin that worked there was very kind and helpful helped me out I didn't know what i was gonna do but thankfully for him everything was good thank you so much justin.

In particular CSR Justin went above & beyond & saved me $300 at the dealership. I cannot say how much I appreciated it the extra mile that was given to me for no apparent reason just good customer service thanks again!!!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Helped test a dying battery for me. Couldn't perform the installation but directed me down the road where it could be done. Highly recommend if you need auto parts

I came in and this kid Jaime eventually helped me after being left at the counter for 5 minutes alone. I told him needed a rental tool to pull off my hub. He sold it to me without opening and checking the parts (something every person before him has done for me without asking) and I opened it and found several parts missing. I came in to get my $400 refund but Jaime refused to help me. Another gentleman helped me get my money back. Will NOT be coming back to this store while he is here. Appalling service.
