My experience started by calling and speaking with an individual about a part I needed for our 2014 Ford escape. They were very nice and pretty much assured me they would have the parts or could order them. So I arrived at the store maybe hour or so later and the man I spoke with remembering our conversation from earlier pointed me in the direction and isle the parts were located on I purchased them took it home installed on vehicle. Jay and Jacob were amazing my car wouldn't start and I had to get a jump before work. On my way to work I stopped by my local o'reillys to get it tested (it was bad). Even with it pouring rain the morning of they sold me a new battery and installed it for me.

The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure the installation was done quickly and correctly. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was satisfied before I left. I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at O’Reilly’s was so frustrating I had to say something. We came in to buy oil and asked the cashier to look it up for our car. He gave us the wrong oil. When we double-checked our owner’s manual later, we realized it didn’t match, so we brought it back to exchange. This time, we dealt with an older gentleman who was immediately rude and had a very defensive, know-it-all attitude. Instead of simply helping us, he acted like it was obvious we had the wrong oil and made a snappy comment about there being an upcharge for the correct one—which wasn’t even a problem for us.
